How to Return an Item

1. Log In to Your Account

   • Access the My Account page and log in.

2. Go to Order History

   • Click “Orders” in your dashboard to view your recent purchases.

3. Select the Item to Return

   • Find the order containing the item and click “View”.

4. Initiate a Return Request

   • Click “Request Return”, fill out the return form, and provide a reason for the return.

5. Print the Return Label

   • If approved, download and print the return shipping label provided.

6. Ship the Item Back

   • Package the item securely, attach the return label, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

Ensure the item is returned within the time frame specified in our return policy to qualify for a refund or exchange.
