How to Track Your Order

Once you’ve placed an order in your WooCommerce store, staying updated on its status is essential. Here's how to track your order:

  1. Log into Your Account:

    1. Go to your store’s website and click on the “My Account” page.
    2. Log in using your registered email address and password.
  2. Navigate to the “Orders” Section:

    1. After logging in, go to the “Orders” section found in the dashboard of your account page.
    2. This will show a list of all your past and current orders.
  3. Select the Order You Want to Track:

    1. Click on the specific order to see the detailed order information.
    2. If your order has been shipped, tracking details will appear here.
  4. View Tracking Information:

    1. If a tracking number has been provided by your carrier, you’ll find it under the “Order details” section. Click the tracking number, which will redirect you to the carrier’s website for real-time updates on your package.
  5. Contact Support if Needed:
