In some cases, you may need to cancel or modify an order after placing it. Here’s what you need to do:
Canceling an Order:
- Log into Your Account: Go to your WooCommerce account page and sign in.
- Navigate to Orders: Under the “My Orders” section, locate the order you want to cancel.
- Check If Cancellation is Available: If the order hasn’t been shipped or processed yet, you’ll see the option to cancel. Simply click “Cancel” and follow the prompts.
- Contact Customer Service: If the cancellation button is not available, it’s best to contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance.
Modifying an Order:
- Contact Us Directly: If you need to modify an order (like changing the shipping address or adding/removing items), reach out to our customer support as soon as possible. Modifications can’t be made once an order is processed or shipped.
- Check Availability: We’ll check the status of your order and see if changes can be made before shipping.
Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
