If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, follow these steps:
Act Quickly
- Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
Log In to Your Account
- Go to My Account and select “Orders”.
Locate the Order
- Find the order you need to update and click “Edit Shipping Address” (if available).
Contact Support
- If the edit option is unavailable, contact customer support immediately with your order details and the updated address.
Confirm the Update
- Once the address is updated, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
For shipped orders, contact the carrier directly to request a reroute, though additional fees may apply.
