How to Exchange a Product

1. Log In to Your Account

   • Access the My Account page and sign in.

2. Find the Order

   • Go to “Orders”, locate the order with the item you wish to exchange, and click “View”.

3. Initiate an Exchange Request

   • Select “Request Exchange”, specify the new item or variant you’d like, and provide a reason for the exchange.

4. Ship Back the Original Item

   • Follow the instructions to return the item as outlined in our return process.

5. Receive the Replacement

   • Once the original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship the replacement to you.

Exchanges are processed promptly to ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
