Exchanging a product for a different size, color, or variant is simple:
Log In to Your Account
- Access the My Account page and sign in.
Find the Order
- Go to “Orders”, locate the order with the item you wish to exchange, and click “View”.
Initiate an Exchange Request
- Select “Request Exchange”, specify the new item or variant you’d like, and provide a reason for the exchange.
Ship Back the Original Item
- Follow the instructions to return the item as outlined in our return process.
Receive the Replacement
- Once the original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship the replacement to you.
Exchanges are processed promptly to ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
