Your Sunminings order history provides you with a detailed record of all your past purchases. Here’s how to access and review it:
1. Log into Your Account:
- Visit the “My Account” page and log in with your email and password.
Go to “Orders”:
- On the account dashboard, locate the “Orders” section, which will display all your past and current orders.
Review Your Orders:
- Each order will be displayed with its status, such as “Processing”, “Completed”, or “On Hold”.
- Click on any order to view detailed information, including:
- Items purchased
- Order date
- Shipping address
- Payment method
- Order notes
Order Statuses:
- Orders in “Processing” status are being prepared or packed.
- “Completed” orders have been shipped and are fully processed.
- “On Hold” or “Pending” orders may require further action before proceeding.
Download Invoices:
- If you need an invoice for any of your orders, simply select the order and download the invoice in PDF format.
4. How to Reorder Items in WooCommerce
If you need to reorder items you’ve purchased previously, WooCommerce allows you to quickly do this:
Log Into Your Account:
- Visit the website and sign in to your account.
Go to “Orders”:
- In your account dashboard, navigate to the “Orders” section.
Select Your Previous Order:
- Browse through your order history and find the order containing the items you want to reorder.
Click “Reorder”:
- Once you find the order, you’ll see a “Reorder” button next to it (only available for completed orders). Clicking this button will automatically add the same items to your shopping cart.
Review and Proceed to Checkout:
- Review the items in your cart. If everything looks good, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Note: If any items are out of stock or discontinued, they won’t be added to your cart.
